Ingredients
- ½ can coconut milk (thick part only if separated)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- NaturKidz Fruit Crispz – any flavour, broken into small pieces
- Dark chocolate
These Coconut Bliss Bites are a healthy, no-bake snack the whole family will love. Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms.
- Roll into small balls and freeze until firm.
- Melt ½ ish block of chocolate with 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Dip balls into melted chocolate and lay on baking paper
- Re-freeze for 20 mins
- Store chilled or frozen - they hold shape well.
